Dr. Gabrielle Roberts-Young is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist. She serves as a Staff Psychologist at CEH. Dr. Roberts-Young earned her Master’s and Doctorate in School Psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship at CEH.
Dr. Roberts-Young specializes in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral treatment of generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, and depression in children, adolescents, and young adults. She also has expertise in the treatment of Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Additionally, Dr. Roberts-Young specializes in psychological and psychoeducational testing for ADHD, learning disorders, processing issues, and other psychological disorders. She also conducts testing for giftedness.
Prior to joining the CEH family, Dr. Roberts-Young worked as a full-time School Psychologist in New Jersey where she gained extensive expertise in school-based counseling, psychoeducational evaluation, consultation, and the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs). In addition, Dr. Roberts-Young has received clinical training in a variety of settings including community mental health organizations and university-based outpatient centers.
Dr. Roberts-Young is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey (35SI00652400) and she holds the authority Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology, APIT through PsyPact (21945).
