Lisa Augliera is the Practice Manager at The Center for Emotional Health. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, serving as the primary point of contact for our established patients and as a liaison supporting our clinicians and staff across CEH’s locations. From scheduling and patient communication to office coordination and administrative support, Lisa helps keep everything running smoothly and professionally. Whether you’re an established patient calling with a question or navigating a logistical detail, Lisa is here to make the process feel seamless.
Lisa earned her BS in Elementary Education from the University of Scranton and her M.Ed. in Elementary Education from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education. She began her career in the classroom, spending 12 years as a third-grade teacher helping students build confidence, develop new skills, and discover a love of learning. She took the time to know each student as an individual and worked closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive environments that met a wide range of needs. Through collaboration and advocacy, she made sure every student had what they needed to thrive.
After many rewarding years in education, Lisa was ready for a new challenge and a new place to bring her skills, creativity, and passion for helping others. That led her to the New Jersey Center for Tourette Syndrome (NJCTS), where she spent 8 years as Youth Development Coordinator. There she created meaningful leadership opportunities for young people and supported families affected by Tourette Syndrome — recruiting, training, and mentoring youth leaders, building leadership and educational programs, and partnering with families, colleagues, and community organizations to amplify the voices of young people.
Across both roles, Lisa found that her true purpose is helping and advocating for others. She brings that same warmth and dedication to CEH, where she’s glad to be part of a team that cares deeply about the people it serves.
