Support Groups

Support Groups at The Center for Emotional Health (CEH)

At The Center for Emotional Health (CEH), we understand the importance of community, connection, and shared experiences in fostering emotional well-being. That’s why we offer free, monthly support groups for individuals looking to share, learn, and find encouragement from others navigating similar challenges.

What Are CEH Support Groups?

Our support groups provide a safe and welcoming environment for participants to:

Share experiences
and feel heard.
Reduce stigma surrounding
mental health conditions.
Obtain evidence-based education
on psychological diagnoses and treatments.
Connect with others
facing similar challenges.
These groups are not therapy sessions and are not intended to replace therapy but are facilitated by skilled staff clinicians.

Who Are These Groups For?

CEH currently offers support groups for:

Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs):

For individuals managing conditions like hair pulling, skin picking, and other body-focused repetitive behaviors.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD):

For individuals looking to understand and manage intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, and the impact OCD has on daily life.
