Dr. Jenna Damico is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at CEH, where she first joined as a postdoctoral fellow in September of 2025. She sees children, adolescents, and adults for individual therapy who present with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, phobias, trauma, tic disorders, mood concerns, body-focused repetitive behaviors, interpersonal issues, emotional dysregulation, and life stressors. She also conducts adult psychological evaluations.
Dr. Damico utilizes empirically supported theories while approaching treatment from a strengths based, values driven, and culturally informed perspective. She strives to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic dynamic, whether working with clients towards symptom reduction, achieving their personal goals, building meaningful relationships, or enhancing their quality of life.
Consistent with her training in evidence-based practice, Dr. Damico specializes in the delivery of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Depending on someone’s needs and presenting concerns, she also administers Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Prolonged Exposure, Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors, Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics, Emotion-Centered Problem-Solving Therapy, and mindfulness based approaches. She is a recognized CPT provider for PTSD and has experience delivering comprehensive DBT.
Dr. Damico earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Drexel University where her research focused on the LGBTQIA2S+ community, a population she also greatly enjoys working with clinically. She has experience in outpatient, residential, and inpatient treatment settings, with her prior training centered on the delivery of various cognitive behavioral interventions. Dr. Damico currently is licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and across the U.S. by the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology.
